Rose Victorian day outfit

I have been bit by the victorian bug and now have at least two outfit I want to make. First, I need to make all the proper undergrments. For my red outfit I wore a corset and hoop I bought online, but now I want to make all the right stuff, that will be my project this year. The first outfit I want to make is a day dress, I found a rose fabric that I think would be great for the bodice and overskirt, for the underskirt I am thinking of a maroon colored cotton.
