Mom's Eastern Star outfit

Mom took a job at the Wheatland Eastern Star chapter and needed a vest and skirt for the big meeting. The vest is a tapestry with roses and the skirt is a navy butter suede. The vest is Simplicity 5910 and the skirt is Simplicity 5914.
