Arwen's Requiem Dress

The Requiem outfit is in The Return of the King, it is worn when she returns to Rivendell to confront Elrond about her future. It is also the dress she is wearing on the ROTK poster. I am making this dress for my sister Sarah since she has begged for it.
Patterns Used
I am using Simplicity 7964 for the underdress, changing the neckline and lengthening the sleeves to the elbow. For the lower sleeves I made my own pattern, the picture is below. For the jumper I plan to use Simplicity 9309 and lengthen it.
Patterns used for the outfit

Fabric:Underdress- Navy blue satin from Hobby Lobby. Sleeves: lowersleeves- crepe back satin from Hobby Lobby, Upper sleeves- Navy blue sari from Chintu's Exotic Silk Collections. Trim from Ebay, is also found at cheeptrims.com
Jumper- stretch velvet named "Twilight" from Hancock Fabrics. Trim from Hobby Lobby.

Dress
I am done with the dress, I think it came out pretty well. I had to redo the trim around the neck (which gave me all kinds of trouble:) but it came out really well and my sister really likes it. There are pictures below of the dress and a close up of the sleeves.
