Amber's Rose dress from Hairspray

The movie Hairspray was really cute (and I actually liked it.) One thing I really liked was Amber's (the mean girl) rose dress she wears when she is singing "The new girl in town." I don't know what pattern or fabric yet, but it is in my head.
